[pchelpers] lewd emails

Hi: I have a embarrassing question to ask-- how in the dickens do I stop these 
type of emails from coming in -- some of these emails are lewd concerning 
Viagra-- and the like-- I am wondering how I can block these from coming in 
they come from many different email addresses never the same but the same words 
etc that I find very offensive. I am using Outlook Express-- I tried different 
words that used to block but its not working-- it is sure is exasperating and 
annoying to say the least, Probably some of you have run up against the same 
thing.  Any how if it was just the word Viagara it wouldn't be so bad but it is 
other words that are there in bold red letters that I find very offensive. Can 
anyone help me to block these and sending them direct to the garbage dump? --
