[pchelpers] let's change the subject

aweo you sound testy you know what let's go back 24 hours and pretend I 
didn't ((((foolishly)))) open a subject that would cause a problem and move 
on to something that is useful like why is it when I want to backspace to 
move a line that is like below

and he said he would not
go to the
store.....

 to be like this

....and he said he would not go to the store
it jumps to the top word and takes away a letter?

Hope this makes sense since I haven't a clue how else to explain it any 
better.
