SHDOCLC.DLL is part of Internet Explorer, as I recall, and also comes
as part of Windows nowadays, since they're integrated. Reinstalling
Windows and/or IE may help with this problem.
Sometimes the brute-force method is the easiest, even though you never
really find out what the problem is.
