[pchelpers] latest on script error

This is the latest on what she said about the script error.

  Hi,  it did not help.  I'm sure everyone is  getting tired of this problem, I 
am it has taken all my time for days now.  I thank everyone for all their help 
and if not too tired please continue to look for more help.   There is nothing 
wrong with the printer as I copy everything and print from documents.  Just to 
refresh just what the problem is:
  I am not able to print from web sites nor e-mail.  when going to "File" print 
and also print preview I get this error:
  Internet Explorer -- Script error

  Char 1
  Error incompatible version of the RPC stub
  code 0
