[pchelpers] Re: laptop wouldn't shut down

Thanks Scott- This laptop is only 4 months old- I have been busy with 
several builds of Vista-- so I haven't really checked everything out 
yet-Anyways you are probably right- It seems to be working fine now I better 
give it a good shot of maintenace <G>
