They have to change the setting for sending mail to HTML from text only.

Why is it that when most people send me pictures in email I can see them if
they are an attachment or if they have been put 'in' the email... and yet,
certain ones using the SAME PROGRAMS... almost 'every single time' they send
pictures I get a box with a red x in it instead?
 it's always the same ones.
I guess my question really is, is there something they can do on their end
to fix this?
