[pchelpers] Re: java / Internet Explorer settings?

Are these the things I need to have checked. Are there other things I can do?
Am I suppose to 'enable' something java somewhere else to make it work better?

  In Internet Options / Advanced / Microsoft VM, I have Java Console enabled,
Java logging enabled, and that other one checked.

  <Win 98, Internet Explorer 5.5>

  I get java errors a lot though, so is there something else I have to check to
correct that?

  For example, if I go to http://cnn.netscape.cnn.com/news/ and click on the
video about the two girls missing in KY, I get a beep noise and nothing opens.
Some javascript error. Does that open ok for others?

  Sincerely,

  ps, I know someone posted a url for some program that is suppose to work
around java errors, but I couldn't figure out how to use it.

Good advice is like good paint- it only works if applied.
