Hi Billy,

Same in the US. Perhaps I am insufficiently cynical about business
practices.  It'd be nice to think that in SOME country there are people
who actually try to do things fairly.  I've been assuming that they
simply can't be bothered to use their brains, like many other people;
something that doesn't seem to be taught in school nowadays.
