  Just tried it with the  "command" first and now it works


  I shoulda have tried it first. Click Start->Run, type COMMAND and
  press ENTER. At the DOS prompt, type CSCRIPT C:\INFO.VBS > C:\INFO.TXT
  and press ENTER.

  That is now working also
  Must have forgot the "command" first
