[pchelpers] Re: internet keeps cutting out

If it was just the email not working I always check mail accounts
properties, and  if the internet is working I know they have a glitch in
their email system.  The reason I mentioned  I was stating all the facts.  I
was thinking it might be the line going to the house or my modem -- they
have newer models-- or it could be something I have not thought off that
these Gurus  on this list might know.  Thanks anyways Re-Na-- <G>

Jackie, they might have to send a guy out to check the cable coming into
your house.
Usually there is no charge for that.

Also, sometimes I can't get my email <but the cable internet is working>.
If I go to
my isp's homepage, I can check the email off their servers from their web
page, and I
just do that until my email works again.
