[pchelpers] Re: internet keeps cutting out

Jackie, they might have to send a guy out to check the cable coming into your 
house.
Usually there is no charge for that.

Also, sometimes I can't get my email <but the cable internet is working>.  If I 
go to
my isp's homepage, I can check the email off their servers from their web page, 
and I
just do that until my email works again.
