[pchelpers] Re: indomitable malware - Antivir best antimalware program

Did that, but it doesn't seem to have helped, on the contrary. Bootvis
still shows major almost continual delays for sisidex.sys these time
periods after power on: 30-47 and 65-79 and 100-130 seconds, which are
worse than before: 30-43 and 54-63 and 73-77 and many smaller periods
later.

Of the major offenders
sisidex.sys
ikfileflt.sys
network delay

only sisidex.sys is still among the biggest delayers in the newest
Bootvis log (bin), biggest delayer first:

unknown
sisidex.sys
fltmgr.sys
ksedd.sys

I'm completely confused and have no idea what to do.

Not sure what you mean with dimmed-out. I guess the hidden ones are all
gray. Among the gray ones that appeared under non-plug-and-play drivers,
there were two with yellow warnings, at least one of which apparently
referred to a deleted rootkit, ndisfilter.sys
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/startups/NdisFilter-16301.html, the
other one was called Serial.

Actually, i think i meant an automated process in antimalware that
either works completely automatically or only requires a mouse click by
the user.

Who sets everything to "not configured" and where?

Good advice is like good paint- it only works if applied.
