[pchelpers] iTunes configuring loop workaround/solutions

The solution described at the link you sent seems to work for most 
people in very many forums, but the following seems to work for everyone 
although it's "only" a workaround:

Go to "programs files", "iTunes" and right-click on "iTunes.exe". Choose 
" send to desktop".
