[pchelpers] iIP number

whatismyip.com indicates  the  IP number  of the desktop and  notebook are 
identical.  They  both use the same router.  My  IP number should change in 
public access WIFI premise(s).  Since  this mailing list  is  archived  on the  
web  even if you can read it please  do not disclose it here.
