This virus is very easy to remove - go to symantec site and read about it.
You have to have the latest norton definition file, boot in safe mode, run
the virus checker to remove the infected files then edit your registry.

The instructions are slightly different for Win2k and NT (and I suppose, for
XP as well).

This virus was discovered last saturday and the norton definition file was
available last monday - I know, we had to remove it a couple of times at
work.

There is also an update available for those of you who use AVG.

NOTE:  This virus is nasty in that it is one of those that you don't even
have top open the email to get it.

I check both norton and avg for new definition files every monday and, so
far, have not had a virus.  Every time someone sends me one, either norton
or avg alerts me (depends which computer I'm using).
