How's this better?
YA I meant to say TRIM not TRIP.
CHAD-Computer Help and Discussion...
It is a Yahoo Computer help group. I joined about 3-4 years ago and because
of that group I made the choice to get A+ certified. Some of the guys in the
group are the founders of HP-Write the certification books for Microsoft.
Discovered some of the notable items of computers today. The people in the
group are perhaps the most knowledgeable I have ever meant. One thing I like
about them is the fact that they go for practical application over book
knowledge every time. It's because of that group I have learned things that
are not in any book anywhere.
1) Bad memory-first leave out for several hours on an antistatic pad then
reinsert-sometimes it will work
2) Super glue better the solder at reapplying a power connector on a
notebook
3) Spill drink on a notebook-disassemble the notebook wash the mobo in
achahol and all the parts-dry reassembly (have used it myself-saved a
notebook)
4) Hard drive freezer data recovery
5) hammer to hard drive recover data (both of the above work and I have used
many times-I had a notebook where the HDD failed, the person did not want to
buy a new HDD-The HDD has many dents in it now but it is still running fine)
There are tons of other tips I have learned from this group and each takes
skill to pull off to get the achieved results. but it is amazing what one
can do.

The Society has been waiting for this to get the same rights here in the
U.S. I just feel bad for the Sister.

Good advice is like good paint- it only works if applied.
