You might have her click "Help" and "About" to find out exactly what
she's using. Outlook doesn't come with the versions of Office that
home users are most likely to buy, and I don't see people buying the
standalone version of Outlook, or buying it as part of Microsoft
Office Professional 2003 when Windows already has either Outlook
Express (in XP) or Windows Mail (in Vista).
