[pchelpers] html / outlook

Someone that emails me has a new computer.  It has Vista on it and she 
uses Outlook for email she says.

If she gets an email sent in html it appears as gibberish.  She would 
like to know how to change that, so I am asking for her.  (She is elderly.)
