[pchelpers] Re: hp 990 cse printer

The red light comes on sometimes when I am low on one of the ink 
cartridges and I believe I am low on one of them.

Last night when we were getting it to come on for like  5 minutes at a 
time, that error light was not lit up.

I did a double check to make sure there are no paper jams in the 
external back section of the printer <that flips my paper for me>.

I went to Staples to try to purchase a printer power cord, but they told 
me I would have to get it from HP, that they don't carry those.  :(

We of course don't know that it is the cord. 

I'm hoping that if I take my printer to a shop in town for service that 
they can service it without asking for an arm and a leg too, and that 
they can indeed fix it.
