To Jackie and "whom it may concern"...
I need to clarify my last message. My @Home INTERNET
service has only been "DOWN" 4 or 5 times in the past
1 1/2 years, and a couple times was solved by
unplugging the 3Com modum for a minute.
Only ONE time did I loose internet service longer than
a couple hours, and that was when most of the
Chicagoland area was down many months ago.
I can only state I am PLEASED with @Home service. But
then, I try to be an "informed" customer- seems to
work for me. Having an *attitude* with their customer
service, DOES NOT work to your advantage. Being
pleasant and listening works wonders... ~Ed
