No need to understand the words to see that the blue button called 
"Siirry palveluun" disappears and reappears when you toggle high 
contrast on and off (and press F5 in the browser).

So without understanding any Finnish, anyone can see how important it is 
to temporarily turn off high contrast if you're using it, to see if some 
parts of a webpage are invisible in high contrast.
