In case you know anybody with eyesight problems who is using the high
contrast setting in the control panel's accessibility (XP) / ease of
access (Vista) applet, tell them to turn it off temporarily by holding
down the left Alt + left Shift buttons and pressing the PrtSc button
when they get to a website to check if some parts are invisible in high
contrast.
(In case you want to see an example, watch the blue button called Siirry
palveluun (and its link http://oma.elisa.fi) disappear at the bottom of
the page
https://asiointi.elisa.fi/internetpalvelut/html/oma_elisa_etusivu/index.htm)

Good advice is like good paint- it only works if applied.
