In most cases if you double click the Outlook Express icon a window will 
come up telling you that it was not the default e-mail
program, and would you like it to be. That is if you didn't check the 
little box telling it not to check to see if it is the default.
Then you go to Control panel\Internet options, then to the program tab 
and you can choose what your default program is.

See, you should have gone over to ThunderBird when i told you to a long 
time ago. 8-)
