[pchelpers] half price domain registration?

I have been paying "VeriSign" $35. per year to register www.setcer.com  Now
this company says they will do it for $14.95 per year.  I think.

Is this the same thing that "VeriSign" was doing for me? or would I have to
pay "VeriSign" the $35. plus pay these guys- globalnicservices.com- $14.95 ?
I just don't have the brain power right now to figure this out by myself.

BTW: I never did get around to "parking" it somewhere, so it isn't really
doing me any good right now anyway. But I have much bigger stuff on the
front burner so I'm not concerned with this right now, other than
"globalnicservices.com" says I have to renew with them BEFORE my experation
date on Aug 2nd
