[pchelpers] Re: friend can't open......

When your e-mail screen is open, go to
Tools
   Options
       Security
and make sure the box is NOT checked regarding attachments.
I believe I would start there to troubleshoot the problem.

 It appears that the major reason for this type problem is having the
security too high.  There is also a checkbox I think that allows any type
of attachment(I think).

A friend of mine emailed me and said that he cannot open jpg attachments
nor word doc attachments from me.  He can open rtf attachments.
He's using win 98, and outlook express. I have win xp and outlook express.
I use Word 2002.
Any suggestions.  I told him I'd ask the list.
