[pchelpers] Re: friend can't open......

If they are using out exp 6 they may need to go to the microsoft site 
and  check the problem "can't open jpg". It is a known problem with a given 
solution - somrthing to do with not registering itself properly on install. 
I've solved this in the past and as you can tell don't recall the details - 
but they are available
