Just looked, and the one that it would not let me rename it - well,  the 
original one was back and in the right place.  Strange.
So, I just deleted the one named 'new' since I had the data on there in 
the original folder.  ANYWAY.
I was able to rename it when it is a subfolder in the trash bin, grin.

I'm not going to try to move any folders to test it out since I have 
them where they belong right now.
