[pchelpers] Re: email/ xp/ word attachments not working

ReNa,
     Have you checked your security setting under 'tools' 'options' to see
if the 'do not open attachments that could have virus' box is checked?   A
place to start anyway.  Word documents could have Macro virus so if that is
checked it won't allow you to open it.
