[pchelpers] Re: email/ xp/ word attachments not working

PS - Re-Na' document is a .RTF created with Word 2002 professional

On my new xp machine, if I send myself or someone sends me a Word
document attachment, it is grayed out.  I can get the same thing as a
text document, but for some reason it's not letting me open Word
attachments.  
How do I change this?
