Your right.
My internet connection is a Cisco Aironet 350 Workgroup Bridge.
They gave it to me in place of the Cisco Aironet 350 PCI card.
They said that this way I do not need a card in my computer. That now I can
plug the bridge into a switch or hub and share the internet connection with
several computers.
This shows me that a switch or hub is not the same thing as a router.
I unplugged the cable from the Wan 1 and plugged it into the LAN port
and turned
off the DHCP in the router and now both computers are working normal.
I can't see anything different with the DSL plugged into WAN 2.
I guess this defeats the purpose of spending $110 on a router with two
WAN ports
if I'm only using it as a switch/Hub.
Now if only I can receive my e-mail. I can use Mailwasher to read my
mail And I use mailwasher
reply to answer the mail, but TB will not download any mail, it will
only send.
I'm thinking it may be the ISP or maybe a AVG problem.
Since I'm using the Bridge for my DHCP my IP addresses are now in the
65.249.224.* range.
Before it has alway been in the 192.168.0.* range.
My router is the 192.168.0.1 but I can no longer open it up to change
any settings in it.
That address always times out.
I have a 1 gb network hub I'm going switch to if I can pry it out of my
son's greedy fingers.

Good advice is like good paint- it only works if applied.
