In many cases secure pages are given this link prefix, and I have used 
it before, however the connection between this and having more secure 
pages needs to be researched first.
For example, a page which is always on line is easily available to those 
with suspect motives. For this reason, some may choose to generate a 
unique page using a script at the time one is needed. The page could 
therefore be specific to the transaction involved, but appear only to 
the user performing the transaction. This is just one example of secure 
processing.

Often they do, however it is also possible the group collecting the fees 
could create one which leads to the processing page. The two services 
would cooperate for success.
