[pchelpers] drives changing

I use CasperXP to clone my hard drive.
I have it setup where it will clone drive 1 (c:) to drive 6 (K: Ext USB 
drive)
every night at midnight.
It has been like this for a month.
Well today I got up and Casper had an error.
Drive 6 was missing.
My Ext USB Drive was now drive 5.
Drive 6 is now my card-reader in my printer.
Why did drive 5 and drive 6 trade places?
