I have pissed him too many times already, but I suppose I have to again. I did write to crucial and micron and I need a date of purchase to enter into at AntitrustSettlement.com, but really I guess I don't have to do a thing since I got nothing to sign. Based upon what I've seen, there is normally no need to take any action when there is a class-action suit, unless you believe that you should be a member but have not gotten a notice, or unless you have gotten a notice but do not want to be a member of the class. Chances are, the lawyer will cost more than any benefit that you get from the suit. -- Scott. -- -------list-services-below----------- Regards, John Durham (list moderator) <http://modecideas.com/contact.html?sig> Freelists login at http://www.freelists.org/cgi-bin/lsg2.cgi List archives at http://www.freelists.org/archives/pchelpers PC-HELPERS list subscribe/unsub at http://modecideas.com/discuss.htm?sig Latest news live feeds at http://modecideas.com/indexhomenews.htm?sig Good advice is like good paint- it only works if applied.
