[pchelpers] Re: dram antitrustSettlement.com clause

I have pissed him too many times already, but I suppose I have to again. I
did write to crucial and micron and I need a date of purchase to enter into
at AntitrustSettlement.com, but really I guess I don't have to do a thing
since I got nothing to sign. I did leave my lawyer a message and he did not
call
back:)

Based upon what I've seen, there is normally no need to take any
action when there is a class-action suit, unless you believe that you
should be a member but have not gotten a notice, or unless you have
gotten a notice but do not want to be a member of the class.

Chances are, the lawyer will cost more than any benefit that you get
from the suit.

Good advice is like good paint- it only works if applied.
