Thanks Ekhart,
I did not know about that little bit of investigation regarding FF.
Fortunately the add on that I require happens to work in IE so
I am good to go until the add ons in FF catch up. The only
one that is critical to me is Robo Form and fortunately it did
not get blown away by the IE-8 upgrade.
FF does indeed help with pesky sites. The regularly updated Hosts
file works for both Browsers, so far I have been fortunately clean.
Do not mind at all when either of the browsers indicatesit is unable
to load a web page.
Spybot S&D finds a few cookies now and then so that is
happy.
