I'm not sure that anyone really answered your question. TV shows would
appear on your monitor, or you can record them. The computer has only
a VGA connector, and the TV card has a cable TV input, ATSC input,
S-Video input, and left/right audio. So, no way to display on TV
unless your TV has a VGA connector (many flatpanel TVs have them now).
The card can handle both analog TV and digital TV. The card supports
ATSC digital broadcast TV, and most analog broadcast TV (NTSC, PAL,
and SECAM) standards.
