[pchelpers] Re: desktop icon in quick launch / missing

Cy, your path worked great until the last step.  In 'quick launch' there 
was no desktop listed.
(I had tried it using 'my name' after documents and settings.)
Well, I went back and did the same steps only using 'default user' and 
sure enough was able to drag the icon back.
So, I got it back!  Thanks CY!  I appreciate the help.
