[pchelpers] Re: desk top mal function

 It sounds like to me that the account you are logged in to doesn't have
administrator privileges and somehow being able to change the desktop has
been set as authorized for admins only. I just got XP so I don't know where
you would look to check out this possibility.

whenI go into properties and desk top, the browse button isn't available,
just "greyed" and if I right click on a picture in my files, and then, set
asdesktop background, nothing happens, so I'm stuck with my desktop as it
