[pchelpers] Re: defrag "locked"

"Why Tray"?  Beats me!<grin>  I had read that leaving those two was
required.  I have always left those two and had no problems with the purpose
of doing so.

So...if it is of no value, then remove it too...but if you delete explorer
the whole thing locks up and you are back to square 0. That I have
tried!<smile>
