[pchelpers] Re: defrag "locked"

Sounds like some other program is running in the system. Before running
defrag you need to shut down any other programs such as screen savers,
zone alarm or similar things because they will interfere causing the
process to re-start over and over. Whatever the utility is just shut it
down with Ctrl-Alt-Del and use the Close Program box. It might also be
advisable to run it in safe mode if these steps don't help.
