[pchelpers] debug

Hello all again............I read the news papers online each day, and for 
months now certain news papers, when loading give me this message (a runtime 
error has occurred, do you want to debug now..........line ***  error, object 
expected)
I've re formatted in this time, not for this problem, if indeed it is a 
problem.  It happens mainly with one particular news paper and now and again it 
loads this paper ok.  The others I read are also downloaded ok.  Is the fault 
with my pc or the page?  BTW I don't debug, just press the NO option till it 
loads and I've not noticed anything wrong when loaded
