[pchelpers] critical security update for everybody

I'm sorry that because i was in such a hurry, i didn't talk about
the Java update in a comprehensible way in plain English. Many of
you don't even know what Java is or that you have it (at least i
didn't know either of these things 6 years ago, and the former
issue is still very hazy).

You don't have to know what Java is, but you should know that
it's used by (almost) all browsers and that a security hole has
been discovered in the most common Java program by Sun, which you
probably have on your computer too.

So, everybody should immediately get the following update, but
first uninstall a possible old version of Sun's Java (Runtime
Environment) using Control Panel's add/remove applet:

Or go to
http://java.com/en/index.jsp and
click on Downloads at the top.

Good advice is like good paint- it only works if applied.
