Yes, the computer was not on from what I gather.  But it was freaking 
her out as a lot of things suddenly were very different on her desktop.
She went to reboot, and it was the same... then she apparently couldn't 
get the computer to shut down properly so that is when she unplugged the 
computer.  <She should have called before she did that>.
