I just got another computer for the Hall and the only thing I can get out
of it is a long tone which pauses and then gives a long tone again and
also a third time.
I've unhooked all the cables, taken out the RAM and it makes the same
tones.
I even tried to put a video card in and hook up the monitor's cable to it
incase the video on the board didn't work. With the card or not it makes
the same tone.
I know that their is a code for tones when a computer starts up, I've
just never had to pursue this before.
Who can define it for me?
Kind regards,

Good advice is like good paint- it only works if applied.
