Jackie,

Mixing and matching RAM will not work to well. IT is never successful.
Most
times the slower of two modules will try to run the show and the faster
one
loses its patience, in the end you have a serious conflict that will
never
work properly. Slowing down the BIOS is NOT the answer. It will appear
to
allow your motherboard to accept the RAM, but in the end, it is never
really
very good to run your BIOS at the slower speed. This only defeats the
purpose of having a faster responding machine. Just my 2 cents worth.
