[pchelpers] Re: can't open pictures now / getting close, if only I knew how to do it right

I'm using windows 98.

(I just tried doing this, and what I did didn't fix it.  But I wasn't sure what 
to
put in the fields where you type, so I probably did it wrong.  Sorry, guess I 
need
more input.  Hey, we're getting close! )
