[pchelpers] Re: can't open pictures now

Hi Re-Na,

I think you'll find that many graphics applications have a menu option
somewhere that will let you re-associate graphical files with that
application.  However, I haven't yet seen the association change to the last
application used, unless each of the applications is re-assigning the file
associations without your knowledge - which is just a big no-no.  In fact,
even ACDSee (which I once used a lot) probably had an installation option
for this, but unless you went through all of the installation options you
probably never even saw it :(
