[pchelpers] Re: can't open pictures now

 Hi Re-Na

If you're running Win2000, just right click one of your jpg files and select
"open with" and select the application you want it to open in and check the box
"Always use this program to open these files" option and you're done!

With Win98 you may have to hold down the shift-key to see the Open With option.

Hope that helps

An update on this.

If I click on the pictures in Windows Explorer, the 'file type' is the ACDSee
and
they won't open.

If I open a photo viewer program (such as PhotoImpact) and browse to open the
picture, then it opens.

So, what can I do to change where it says 'type' in Windows Explorer and make
all
those ACDSee jpg type go back to being just a jpg???
