Why don't you want anything on the C drive? I'm sure that most of the 
application went to where you told it to, so only very little is on the 
C drive.

I have no idea why OpenOffice would install some stuff on C despite 
being told to install elsewhere, but i'm sure that moving stuff around 
manually will break the installation. When any program installs parts it 
needs in a certain place, it will look for those parts there, not where 
you manually moved them.

If you don't have enough room on C, you want to make sure you don't 
break installations by moving parts around because then uninstalls will 
probably be interrupted and will waste space by leaving other stuff you 
didn't even notice.
