I have found in the many vcds that I burn that they don't work
if burned at to slow of speed. Cd-burners now a days are
optimize to burn at their top rated speed. So I have been told.

Ok, I burn at 4x. I'll see if 2x fixes the problem next time I copy

If it is an older player that doesn't work, you may have used to fast a
speed to cut the CD. 2X works best for older cd players.

Good advice is like good paint- it only works if applied.
