[pchelpers] bookmarks, need help still please

Could someone tell me what file it is exactly that I'm looking for to 
add to my Firefox to get my bookmarks back.
I have it backed up on an external drive.  (I need to have 'linked' 
bookmarks that work.)

I went and did a system restore again.  Bookmarks gone now <like before, 
earlier today>.
I want to add them from the external drive that I have.
